prayer

adventures in the life of prayer!

Prayer Story:  When I was waiting to get my test results from the doctors, I had the amazing news I did not have cancer!  More than that though, when I was praying, I had a real sense of His presence and a peace that I have never felt before.  I knew this peace could only come from God, He was there when I needed Him the most, He is faithful in every way.
Prayer Story:  Recently I had been struggling with pain in my knee and it had been causing discomfort.  I was prayed for by a member of the ministry team at Embrace Church and my knee was healed.  I have no more pain and now moving freely!  Praise God who can do immeasurably more than we can ever ask.
Prayer story:  One of the prophetic words given was about being a church of the one's and two's, like Noah's Ark which went onto populate the world, which has been so true, so we asked God for young people and we are astounded as God gives us, the ones, twos and now threes, God is so faithful.

Prayer story : Prayer Story:  Over the past few months, people within Embrace church had asked God to bless us with what we need in terms of finance and guess what?  We have a faithful God, after months of praying and trusting, God continues to meet our needs...praise Him!  Asking God for something is a real adventure, try it.
Prayer Story:  When I was getting stressed about the Carols by Candlelight service I had a real moment of God telling me to be still.  He was reminding me that He is God and that it is all about Him, not what I can't do but focus on what I can do and leave the rest up to Him!  It made me cry when I realised the simple truth of His love for us, so I'm praising Him for the truth of love.
Prayer story : A lady in a local church is currently praying for people to be able to still themselves and not live in autopilot but to open themselves up living according to the heavenly realm!  To not rely on what is seen but rather what is unseen and to seek God in all things.  We are really excited about how God will answer!
